These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Rawdog iOS application and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by [COMPANY_NAME_PLACEHOLDER] ("we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using Rawdog, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Wellness Tool — Not Medical Advice

Rawdog is a wellness and digital habit tool. It is not a medical device, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The information, content, and features provided by Rawdog are intended for general wellness and habit-building purposes only. Nothing in the Service should be construed as:

Medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment
A replacement for professional mental health support
A clinical intervention for addiction, anxiety, or any other condition

If you believe you may have a medical condition, including but not limited to technology addiction, anxiety disorder, or depression, please consult a licensed healthcare professional. Do not delay seeking professional advice because of something you have read or experienced in the Rawdog app.

Any statistics, research findings, or outcome projections displayed in the app are provided for informational and motivational purposes and are based on general population data, not individual diagnosis.

3. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Rawdog. This requirement exists to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple App Store guidelines.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least 13 years of age
If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service
You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

We reserve the right to terminate accounts we believe to belong to users under 13 without notice.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Rawdog offers the following subscription options, available through the Apple App Store:

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. All pricing is set and displayed at the time of purchase in the App Store. Applicable taxes may apply based on your location.

Subscription payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account. We do not collect or store your payment information directly.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. Free Trial

New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial for Monthly and Annual plans. During the free trial period, you have full access to all features of Rawdog.

At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Free trials are offered at our discretion and may not be available to users who have previously subscribed to Rawdog. Only one free trial per Apple ID is permitted.

6. Cancellation Policy

All subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. We do not process cancellations directly — you must cancel through your Apple ID settings.

To cancel your Rawdog subscription:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone
Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions
Find Rawdog and tap Cancel Subscription

You can also manage subscriptions through the App Store app: tap your profile picture → Subscriptions.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.

For refund requests, please contact Apple directly through the App Store, as all billing is managed by Apple.

7. No Guarantee of Results

We believe in Rawdog. We've built it with care. But we need to be honest with you: individual results vary, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

The effectiveness of Rawdog depends on many individual factors including, but not limited to:

Consistency and frequency of use
Individual physiology and habits
Pre-existing conditions
External lifestyle factors

Any statistics, timelines, or outcome projections displayed in the app (such as "7 days → anxiety drops" or "reclaim ~14 hours/week") are based on published research on general populations and are provided for motivational context only. They are not guarantees of personal outcomes.

Rawdog is a tool to support behavioral change — not a magic fix. The work is yours to do.

8. Acceptable Use

By using Rawdog, you agree not to:

Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the app
Use the app in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the app
Exploit the session verification system (e.g., attempting to "pass" sessions without genuine engagement)
Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it
Share your account credentials with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice or refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in Rawdog — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, design, code, and the "Rawdog" brand name — are owned by or licensed to [COMPANY_NAME_PLACEHOLDER] and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We do not warrant that any defects in the Service will be corrected.

11. Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, provide notice through the app or via email.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law
